| 摘 要： | 政府投入高等教育资源有限,地方高校学生数逐年上升,普遍出现了经费紧张、财务状况恶化现象。筹资能力是地方高校可持续发展的基础。为增强筹资能力,国家要建立拓展财政支持资金来源体系,地方高校通过PPP模式、产学研结合、加强学校特色建设、教育流程外包方式融资,加强财务管理优化资源配置。

| Abstract: | The government has very limited investment in higher education resources and the number of students in local colleges is on the rise,thus causing those colleges to be tense in expenses and deteriorating in finance.The ability to raise funds is the basis of sustainable development of local colleges.The nation should expand its finance to support fund raising.Local colleges should optimize the management of finance and resources and improve their financing ability through the PPP model,combination of production,study and research,enhancement of the school feature construction and outsourcing financing of educational process. |
