| 摘 要： | 思想政治理论课实践教学是对高校思想政治理论课理论教学的延伸,是教学活动中不可缺少的重要环节。很多高校都在积极探索实践教学改革,创新实践教学模式,但收效却不尽人意。当前地方师范院校思想政治理论课实践教学中存在学校领导、教师以及学生对思政课实践教学的认识误区、任课教师数量不足、办学经费短缺、缺乏监督考评机制等多方面的问题。我们可通过建立领导协调机构、合理利用与有效开发实践教学资源、设立思想政治理论课实践教学专项经费、不断引进和培养思政课教师以及完善思政课实践教学的综合考核评价制度等措施来提高地方师范院校思政课实践教学实效性。

| Abstract: | The practical teaching of ideological and political theory course is an extension of the theory teaching of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities and it is an important indispensable part in teaching activities .Many col-leges and universities are actively exploring practical teaching reform and innovating practical teaching pattern ,but the results are not so satisfied .Currently there are some problems existed in practical teaching of ideological and political theory course in local colleges and universities ,such as the leaders ,teachers and students have a misunderstanding of the practical teaching of i-deological and political theory course ,insufficient number of teachers ,short age of funding ,lack of supervision and evaluation system and many other problems .We may improve the effectiveness of the practical teaching of ideological and political theory course in local colleges and universities by establishing leader’s coordination bodies ,rational utilizing and effectively develop practical teaching resources ,establishing the special funds for the practical teaching of ideological and political theory course , continue introducing and training the teachers of the ideological and political theory course as well as improving the comprehen-sive evaluation system of the practical teaching of ideological and political theory course . |
