| 摘 要： | 服务型政府是我国针对传统管制型政府提出的新概念。服务型政府涵括了民主政府、有限政府、责任政府、法治政府的内容，服务型政府本质上是法治政府。结合当前中国的法治现状，实现服务型政府应该着力从社会政治主体建设、执政党执政方式法治化、行政权力制约方面进行探索。
