| 摘 要： | 从既重视"常态"又重视"发展"的角度,用自编《体育专业大学生心理健康自评问卷》,对体育专业与非体育专业大学生心理健康特点进行了深入的分析。结果表明,体育专业与非体育专业大学生心理健康特点存在差异,主要表现在5个维度的7个项目上。体育专业大学生随年级的增长参加集体活动的积极性逐渐增加,三年级学生较二年级学生的积极性有显著的提高,这与体育专业大学生逐步社会化的过程有关。体育专业大学生在5个项目上存在显著的性别差异,这5个项目涉及4个维度,分别为:成功体验与控制感,环境适应与控制挑战,表现自我,自我接纳和认同维度。

| Abstract: | Starting from the emphasis on both "normal state" and "development",mental health characteristics of sports majors and non-sports majors were compared with self-compiled "Questionnaire evaluating mental health of the sports majors". The results indicated that the mental health characteristics of sports majors and non-sports majors varied in seven events with five (dimensions.) The sports majors participated more in sports when they entered the higher grade of school with more juniors going for sports than the sophomores,which was related to the students' socialization. The sex differences of sports majors in success experience and control,environmental adaptability and challenge control,self-manifestation,self-acceptance and recognition were obvious. |
