| 摘 要： | 旅游资源从开发利用的方向和侧重点上来说，可分为自然旅游资源、历史的人造资源和当代人造旅游资源三个层面。章按照旅游资源的可持续利用的要求，提出三个层面的旅游资源开发应遵循的原则。
