摘 要: | 教师专业发展是一个持续不断的过程,其最终目标是达到专业成熟,教师的专业成长也是一个非常重要的实践问题。随着《国家中长期教育改革发展规划纲要》和《国务院关于当前发展学前教育的若干意见》的出台,对中职学前教育的发展起着强有力的推动作用。实施国培计划,旨在进一步提高教师的工作效能,促进经验型教师向专家型教师的转变。通过国培学习,拓宽了教师的视野,更新了教师的教育理念,促进了教师的自我反思。

Abstract: | The teacher's professional development is a continuous process,which aims to achieve the teacher's professional maturity.The promulgating of relevant new policies has powerfully promoted the development of secondary vocational education for pre-education.The implementation of the national training plan aims at further improving the teacher's working efficacy and promoting the teacher to transform from experience-orientation to expert.The national training plan can expand the teacher's view,update the teacher's teaching idea,and promote the teacher's self-reflection. |
