| 摘 要： | 近年来，高等职业教育迅速发展，高职教育的人才争夺和生源竞争也日趋激烈。为了在竞争中获得先发优势，很多民办高职院校把“升本”作为从竞争中脱颖而出的重要手段。但是，民办高职院校的升级也会产生各种问题。特别是师资力量薄弱问题，关系到学校整体教学质量以及学校未来发展。妥善解决民办高职院校的师资问题，方能使得民办院校得以科学、有序、合理地发展，并保持持续的生命力。

| Abstract: | In recent years, with the rapid development of higher vocational education, talent competition is also fierce. In order to gain first mover advantage in the competition, many non-govern- mental higher vocational colleges put ＂upgrading to a 4-year college＂ as one of the important ways to stand out from the competi- tion. However, there are also many problems in the updating of private higher vocational colleges, especially the problems of teaching staff, which relate to the overall quality of teaching and school development in the future. To appropriately solve the problems of teaching staff in private higher vocational colleges can make the development of private colleges and universities scientific, orderly and reasonable, and keep the lasting vitality. The scientific outlook on development provides us with a solid theoretical basis. |
