摘    要:为促进跨文化商务谈判的顺利进行,从中西方语言文化和非语言交际手段的角度探究了中西方文化差异对商务谈判过程的影响,旨为提高谈判者在应对文化差异时应合理调整谈判策略以掌握谈判的主动权。

Abstract:In order to make cross-cultural negotiation progress smoothly,it is of great help to study the influence of cultural difference on sino-western negotiation from the perspective of verbal and non-verbal communication ways.Negotiators should adjust their negotiation strategy favorably according to the cultural differences.
