| 摘 要： | 校企合作是高等职业教育谋求内涵发展,落实与市场接轨,大力提高育人质量,有针对性地为企业培养一线实用技术人才的重要举措。以提高质量为核心,以＂四个合作＂为主线的校企合作,将是我国未来高等职业教育改革与发展的方向,也是高等职业院校未来十年的中心工作。在校企合作的实际运行中,客观地存在着学校＂一头热＂现象,大多数企业缺乏校企合作的动力。结合商贸专业的实际,分析了企业参与校企合作动力不足的原因,提出了推动校企深度持续合作的建议。
