| 摘 要： | 宁波城市职业技术学院文秘专业根据人才培养目标及社会发展与需求,在校内成立了模拟公司——校园秘书服务公司,公司运作完全仿真化,形成以＂学生＂为主体、以＂在做中学＂为重点、以掌握＂职业技能＂为目标,融＂教、学、做＂为一体的强素质、重能力的实践课程教学模式。
