| 摘 要： | 创新是深入贯彻科学发展观的内在要求,是秘书工作继承和发展的动力源泉。改革开放30年来,秘书作为贯彻领导意图、协调内外关系的喉舌,发挥着承上启下、联系左右、参谋助手的职能。本文从现代高校秘书工作的新变化、新观念、新路径出发,对新形势下高校秘书工作进行了系统的阐述。
