| 摘 要： | 现代社会的发展专求高等教育注重培养大学生的人文素质。体育在高等院校人文素质教育中，以其独特的形式发挥着重要的作用，有助于培养团队精神、增强主体意识、自我实现意识、提高审美情趣。因此，体育教学应转变观念，加强师资队伍建设，拓宽人文教育的空间。
