| 摘 要： | 改革开放给中国出版事业带来了生机和活力。本文认为,新时期以来中国政府不断建立和完善出版管理制度,通过立法和制定法规,对出版行业依法进行科学管理,一套完整的出版管理法规体系已在中国初步形成,出版管理步入了法治化轨道。随着出版业的迅速发展,颁布出版法,将会使出版市场更加繁荣。
