| 摘 要： | 重庆民政文化建设问题,从认识上说,涉及两个核心概念的界定：民政文化与民政文化建设。从实践上说,与重庆地区民政事业发展的历史、现状息息相关。厘清＂十二五＂期间重庆民政文化建设的工作思路,从理论思考到实践总结要做非常扎实的准备工作。

| Abstract: | To solve the problem of civic cultural construction,we should define two concepts first: civic culture and civic cultural construction.As the matter of fact,they are closely connected with the history and the present of the development of the civic cause in Chongqing.To sort out the working ideas for the Chongqing civic cultural construction during the "Twelfth Five-Year-Plan" period,we need do solid preparatory work. |
