| 摘 要： | 自汉唐以来的中国传统农业社会中，应对东北、北部草原和西北的“三北”游牧势力威胁，一直是历代中央王朝的重要战略目标。其中，西北边疆安全是中国历代中央王朝发展壮大的重要因素。在维护西北边疆安全策略中，屯垦戍边是现在新疆地区最为成功的应对策略。

| Abstract: | Since the Han and Tang Dynasties in China in the traditional agricultural society, the response to the northeast, northwest of the northern grasslands and the ＂Three North＂ nomadic forces threatened the Successive Central had been an important strategic objective. Among them, the northwest border security was an important factor of the development and expansion of the Successive Central. In the maintenance of security policy in the Northwest Frontier, station troops to open up wasteland and garrison the frontiers in the Xinjiang region are now the most successful strategies to deal with. |
