| 摘 要： | 执行环境是民事案件执行得以实现的重要条件之一。通过分析当前执行环境中信用体系残缺、法律客体法制意识淡薄、地方保护主义、“人情社会”以及司法队伍中贪腐分子等不利因素对民事执行的影响和干扰。提出改善执行环境的的建议。

| Abstract: | Execution environment is one of the most important conditions that can achieve the execution of civil cases. This article mainly analyses those negative factors that influence and disturb the civil execution, such as, incompletion of credit system, the weak sense of legal object, local protectionism, ＂nepotist society＂ and corrupt elements in the ranks of the judiciary and so on, and then offer some suggestions to improve the execution environment. |
