| Abstract: | By analyzing the teaching programmes of vocational education in our university these years, the paper points out that the talent development should move from "adaptation to the present" to "adaptation to the future" and cultivate students' vocational adaptability, ability of vocational shift and creativity. Students are taught how to live and how to care about others as well. Teaching programme should be designed scientifically. In teaching arrangement, it should take the optimization of talent development as a goal, and deal with the relationship between teaching knowledge and developing students' ability well. |
