| 摘 要： | 汉英礼貌的起源不同，但具有本质上的一致性：一种社会现象，一种获得良好的人际关系的手段，一种由社会习俗所强加的标准。礼貌具有人类性，更存在着民族性。随着英汉民族之间交往的加深，礼貌现象也有了一些变异。只有把握汉英礼貌的共性和个性，我们在跨化交际中才能避免或尽量避免交际障碍，达到有效的交际目的。

| Abstract: | Politeness has different origins but universality in Chinese and English cultures: phenomenal, instrumental and normative by nature. Despite its universality, we should delve into the depth where different cultural values are rooted. With more and more contacts between English and Chinese people, such differences are gradually changing. If these people want to communicate well, they must pay close attention to traditional cultural psychology and values characteristic of other culture. |
