| 摘 要： | 我国学者把高校中存在的权力现象简单地分为学术权力与行政权力,把学术权力简单地概括为学术人员所拥有和控制的权力,行政权力是行政人员享有的权力.实际上,学术权力是对学术事务的影响力或学术事务管理的权力,与行政权力不是一个对称概念.

| Abstract: | Some researchers think simply there are only academic power and administrative power in our universities,and give conceptions that academic power is a power which teachers and researchers own and control,administrative power is a power that administrators have.In fact,academic power is a power of managing academic affairs,it is not an opposite conception with administrative power. |
