| 摘 要： | 河源是广东一个欠发达地级市。公共图书馆事业较为落后,其信息服务工作水平、数字化程度、服务条件等都不能满足社会经济发展对信息资源的需求。由于办学水平的要求,当地高职院校图书馆已发展成为地区最大规模的图书馆,已成为地区资源共建共享的中心图书馆。以高职院校图书馆为中心,建立区域信息服务保障体系,是欠发达地区集中资源、利用资源、调整服务结构为地方经济服务的一项新举措。
