Measurement of Mass Diffusivity of Moist Porous Media under the Influence of Forced Convection at Surface |

| Abstract: | Under the influence of forced convection at surface, a one dimensional mass transport process in a moisture porous cylinder can be formed. Based on the measured variation of the local moisture content of the porous cylinder with the time,the mass diffusivities of the porous media, such as sands, glass beads etc.,are determined.The results are in good agreement with that obtained by other authors. |
