| 摘 要： | 当前我国高校进行的素质教育，其目的之一就是要开发当代大学生的创新能力，提高他们的创新素质。本分析的学习知欲不强、动手能力低下和创新能力不佳等三个问题，是制约大学生学习成才的主要原因。

Three problems have been analysised here, the lack of study motivation, operation and creativity, which are the primary hindrance in students' study and achievement. |
