| 摘 要： | 剖析了我国新的社会阶层政治参与的公民性本质,提出鼓励、引导新的社会阶层参与政治应该遵循有序性这个工作目标与原则,提出当前的工作重心应该落在扩大政治参与主体队伍和扩大政治参与途径两个方面。
