| 摘 要： | 就新农村建设而言,农村民俗文化具有其他社会要素无法取代的作用,但农村民俗文化普遍面临生存危机,其赖以生存的基础遭到破坏,人们对于农村民俗文化的认识存在误区。建设新农村,应保护与发展传统农村民俗文化,建立政府主导机制,以农村民俗文化组织为依托,以文化、经济和法律为主要手段,形成长效保护和长远发展的农村民俗文化保护与发展格局。

| Abstract: | Compared with other social factors,rural folklore culture plays an irreplaceable role in rural construction in the new era.However,rural folklore culture generally faces existence crisis because its basis is being damaged and because people misunderstand its existence.In order to construct new villages,the departments concerned should protect and develop traditional rural folklore culture,establish government-leading mechanism,depend on rural folklore cultural organizations and resort to culture,economy and laws to protect and develop rural folklore culture in the long run. |
