| 摘 要： | 高校武术选项课的设置是体育教学改革的产物，根据武术运动的特征和自身的教学实践，从运用电化教学，培养学生习武意识，注重品德教育，培养良好学风；以基本功，基本动作为基础；注重套路与对抗练习相结合；集体教学与个别辅导相结合；运用造型示范，激活学生学习主动性；注重理论教学，从传授健身方法七个方面，阐释了高校武术选项课的教法。

| Abstract: | The establishment of elective course of Wushu at college is the product of a reform in physical education teaching. Based on the- characteristics of Wushu teaching and author's years of teaching practice, the paper expounds teaching methods of elective course of Wushu from seven different points of view. That is, Wushu teaching should aim at developing students' sense of learning Wushu by means of electrical audio - visual aids, activating students' study initiative by employing modelling and demonstration. Importance should be attached to education in moral character to develop students' good study atmosphere. Much attention should be paid to basic skills and movements. Stress should be laid on combining practices of routine and confrontation, integrating collective teaching and individual teaching. Besides, much importance should be attached to theory teaching and imparting physical training methods to students. |
