| 摘 要： | 依法治校既是依法治国方略的要求,又是学校自身对社会变革的主动回应。在推进学校管理法治化的进程中,充分发挥法治作为手段和理念双重作用的同时,必须整合德治的特有功能,更好地营造一个以人为本、稳定有序、和谐发展的校园环境。

| Abstract: | Governing the school by law is the requirement of the rule of law and the initiative response to the social transformation.In the process of legalization of school management,we should fully develop the dual functions of rule of law as methods and ideas,and absorb the special functions of the rule of virtue.Only by this can we build the human-oriented,stable and harmonious campus environment. |
