| 摘 要： | 成功的教育变革，取决于多种因素，包括：变革的规模和复杂性适中，易于操作；变革的策略是民主的、问题解决式的；通过各种灵活的方式发展教师的知识和信念；教师能够从变革中获取利益；学校行政的支持和教师化的配合。成功变革的指标，应该是该项变革制度化、持续化，整合成为学校的常规。
