| 摘 要： | 现代排球比赛是在激烈竞争和复杂的局面中以己之长克敌之短，而各队的特定战术发挥则主要依赖于队员们的战术意识，因而战术意识是排球运动员必须具备且要不断提高的一个重要心理素质。他既是运动员在比赛中技战术水平有效发挥的前提条件，也是其自身运动技术水平提高的根本保证、本文从训练比赛的多个环节阐述了排球运动员战术意识的培养途径和方法。

| Abstract: | In the violent competition and complex situation, modern volleyball match is to overcome others' disadvantages by our advantages. While performance of each team's special tactics depends on tactical consciousness of players. So tactical consciousness is an important mental quality that volleyball players must have and try their best to improve. It is not only the prerequisite of performing well for players in matches, but also the basic guarantee to improve their own tactics. This paper expounds training approaches and ways of volleyball players' tactical consciousness from several links in match training. |
