| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代煤炭行业的不景气以及1998年撤销行业管理部门,给煤炭职业技术教育带来了生源和体制上的双重困境。矿难频发的背后是煤矿技术人员严重不足。基于现状,建议通过扶持煤炭职业院校、重建与企业互动的人才培养体系及出台人才培育应急方案等来解决。

| Abstract: | With the depression of coal industry since 1990s,and the repealing the administrative department of the trade in 1998,have brought the duplex predicament to the source of students and system of the coal professional technique education.The reason of coal mine's calamity taken place frequently is the technical staff seriously lacking.Be based upon the status quo,the article proposes to support the vocational education institutions in coal industry,rebuild the personnel training system that interacting with enterprise and issue a scheme of talents cultivation to meet an urgent need. |
