| 摘 要： | 资助中国科技期刊发展的国家基金项目已经实施了20年,这对于改善科技期刊办刊条件和环境起到了巨大作用,但实施过程中仍存在一些不容忽视的问题。在向“培育世界一流科技期刊”目标迈进的过程中,笔者经过认真回顾、思考,针对问题提出一些进一步实施好资助项目的建议,包括首先建设国际化数字出版与传播平台、打造集群化出版集团、创建国际化稿件处理系统,以及大力支持中文和中英文双语科技期刊等,为建设科技期刊强国、使中国成为世界主要科学中心作出贡献。

| Abstract: | National funding projects for supporting the development of scientific journals have been implemented for twenty years in China, which have greatly improved the conditions and environment for running scientific journals. However, some problems should not be overlooked during the implementation process. In the process of moving towards the goal of developing world-class scientific journals in China, the author carefully reviewed and analyzed these problems, and put forward several suggestions for the further implementation of funded projects in response to the problems, including prioritizing building international digital publishing and dissemination platforms, establishing publishing groups and developing competitive editing management systems, which would help China become a major scientific center in the world in the future. |
