| Abstract: | Cultivating mode of talents is the primary problem of educational quality. Reforming the cultivating mode of talents is the core in teaching reform. Dynamic teaching pattern is the dynamic stabilization relationship and structure form of teaching and learning factors in certain environment. In the paper the challenge is analyzed firstly from cultivation Chinese tourism higher education talents. Secondly, the paper expatiates connotation of tourism management dynamic teaching pattern. Lastly, tourism higher education cultivating mode of talents based on dynamic teaching is established from four aspects. |
