摘    要:建立相互衔接的中高职培养体系在职业教育体系的构建中具有重要作用。在建设相互衔接的中高职课程过程中:要更多从顶层设计角度去考虑,成立相互衔接的中高职专业建设与教学指导委员会,进而组建教研共同体,进行听评课、教学竞赛等活动;建立“四个一体”的课程体系,使中高职课程在人才培养方案中体现出来进阶性;构建职业能力一体化训练体系,突出技能训练的层次性;通过开展中职教师的统一培训活动以及“手牵手”结对子工程,实现师资队伍一体化建设。

Abstract:It plays an important role in the construction of vocational education system to establish the secondary and higher vocational training system.In the process of building interconnected courses in secondary and higher vocational schools,we should consider from the perspective of top-level design,set up professional construction and teaching guidance committee,and a teaching and research community,and carry out activities such as class evaluation and teaching competitions.We should establish the"four in one"curriculum system,so that the progressiveness of secondary and higher vocational courses can be reflected in the talent training program;we should construct the integrated training system of vocational ability,and highlight the level of skill training;we should achieve the integrated construction of teaching staff by carrying out the unified training activities for secondary vocational teachers and the one to one support project.
