| Abstract: | Grass-roots libraries are the focus of the construction of the public library service system in the new era.Based on the"One Card"special work of Beijing street and township libraries during 2016 and 2020,this article summarizes the service benefits and construction difficulties of Beijing grass-roots libraries,in order to clarify its development direction in the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,and provide data support for the research on the development of grass-roots libraries. |
