| 摘 要： | 我国职业院校对创新人才培养的现状是,创新人才的教育理念不成熟,创新教育保障制度不成熟,创新人才的课程体系不系统,缺乏合格的创新师资队伍,创新教学质量缺乏科学量化的评价体系。为此,要建立产学结合的人才培养模式,优化创新创业课程体系,充实创新创业师资力量,引入1+X证书制度,完善创新创业教育成果评价体系,搭建创新创业人才服务平台,抓住校企联合机遇,广泛开展创新实践活动。

| Abstract: | The present situation of the training of innovative talents in vocational colleges in China is as follows:the educational idea of innovative talents is not mature,the guarantee system of innovative education is not mature,the curriculum system of innovative talents is not systematic,the qualified innovative teachers are not sufficient,and the evaluation system of innovative teaching quality is not scientific and quantitative.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a talent training mode combining industry and education,optimize the curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship,enrich the faculty of innovation and entrepreneurship,introduce the 1+X certificate system,improve the evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education results,build a service platform for innovation and entrepreneurship talents,seize the opportunity of university-enterprise cooperation,and carry out extensive innovation practice activities. |
