| 摘 要： | 民族地区现行的土地产权制度是按照所有权、使用权两权分离的原则规制的。必须强化民族地区农村土地权利登记的法律效力,明确城乡统一的土地登记机关,规范农村土地产权登记的具体内容,建立农村土地产权数据登记的数据管理信息系统。

| Abstract: | The current land property right system in minority regions is according to the rules which is separated the use right from ownership right. We must enforce the legal effects of registered system for rural land rights in minority regions, definitude the unified registering agency of urban and rural regions. Regulate the specific assignment of land property rights registering system to institute the data information management system of rural land property rights registration. |
