摘    要:由于特困企业不能保障职工的基本经济收入,导致了特困企业职工家庭教育的危机和失败,特困企业子弟校学生的心理问题的发生率呈明显的上升趋势,严重影响了学校的教学质量和教育效果。这种迫在眉睫的现状要求特困企业子弟校调查学生的家庭状况并根据家庭情况和学生的心理发展特点,研究家校协育的对策和方法,从而提高学生的心理素质,保证学生的健康发展。本文在这方面作了探索与尝试。

Abstract:Since extra-poor companies cannot ensure employees' basic income,those families face family education's crisis and failure.The occurrence of extra-poor company employees' children's psychological problems is increasing rapidly,which greatly affects schools' teaching quality and teaching effects.The current situations require schools to investigate students' family situations and research on strategies and ways of family and school's cooperative education based on family situations and students' characteristics of psychological development to improve students' psychological quality and ensure their healthy development.This experimental study makes a good try on this.
