| 摘 要： | 近代以来,为了向日本学习先进的海军技术,中国政府派遣了大量学生赴日学习。清政府派遣海军留学生赴日学习,始于1905年,此后又于1906年、1908年派出两届共100余人赴日学习。北洋政府和南京国民政府也曾派出少量的留学生赴日学习海军。尽管这批海军留日学生人数及其影响远不及当时留英、留美海军学生,但是作为中国海军留学生的一个重要组成部分,他们在中国近代海军史上的地位与作用不可忽视。他们积极参加辛亥革命,成为海军参加此次革命的主力;参与近代海军的日常教育与训练,特别是参与东北海军的组建与发展,对东北海军的发展和壮大作出了杰出的贡献。此外,他们之中许多人还参与中国海军战略战术的建设与探讨,对中国近代海军学术事业的发展作出了重要贡献。

| Abstract: | Since modern time,in order to learn advanced navy technique from Japan,Chinese government has sent a great deal of students to Japan to study advanced navy technique.The Qing Government begins to send navy students in 1905.After that the government sends more one hundred students to Japan in 1906 and 1908.Then Beiyang government and Nanjing government also send some navy students to Japan.Also the number of students sent to Japan is less than the number of the students sent to Britain and America,the students sent to Japan are the important part of Chinese returned navy students and their functions and position in Chinese modern navy history cannot be ignored.They take an active part in the Revolution of 1911 and are the main force of the revolution.They also take part in the navy's daily education and training,especially in the forming and developing of the navy force in North-east China and have made outstanding contribution to the navy force.Besides,many of the returned navy students take part in the research and development of Chinese navy strategy and tactics,and have a great contribution in Chinese modern navy academic development. |
