| Abstract: | The transition from traditional power-centralized government to modern constitutional government has been Liang Qichao's ideal view on constitutional government. His constitutional idea, parliament system and election system etc. are on the one hand the response to the history in his time and the reflection of his effort on the other hand .That is, He tried to introduce western constitutional culture into Chinese traditional culture and put it into practice. |
