| 摘 要： | 散打是两人按照一定的规则,运用武术中的踢、打、摔和防守等方法,进行徒手对抗的现代体育竞技项目,它是中国武术的重要组成部分。摔法在散打中起的作用不能忽视,熟练地掌握摔法技术,成功地运用摔法动作,是得分取胜的有效手段,同时还给对手在精神上造成很大的压力,极大的消耗对手的体力。摔法能灵活运用于主动进攻和防守反击中,内容丰富,技法繁多。文章对摔法技术在散打比赛中的运用进行探讨,供教学训练参考。

| Abstract: | Sanda is two persons according to certain rules, using Wushu kicking, hitting, throwing and defensive skills to do unarmed confrontation. Being a modern sport, It is an important part of Chinese Wushu. Wrestling plays an important role in Sanda, skillfully mastering wrestling skills and successfully use wrestling moves, is an effective means to score and win, at the same time, can cause great pressure in the opponent spirit and greatly consume his competitor＇s power. Wrestling can be flexibly applied for active offensive and defensive counter attack, rich in content and skill variety. This paper carries on the discussion on the use of wrestling skills in Sanda competitions, to offer reference for teaching and training of Sanda. |
