| 摘 要： | 不同的文体具有不同的特征。商务合同英语在其长期的使用过程中,形成了鲜明的文体特征。基于对典型实例的分析,透过词汇、句法和篇章等层面初步探讨商务合同英语的文体特征,了解和分析商务合同的语言特点能够帮助我们正确认识语言现象,对于提高语言运用的有效性、得体性和语言交际能力大有帮助。本文主要从合同的词汇和句法两个层面,对英文商务合同的文体特征进行讨论,进而提出相应的翻译方法,点明了英文商务合同翻译的要点。

| Abstract: | Different styles have different characteristics.Business contract English forms a distinct stylistic characteristics in the process of using.Based on the analysis of typical examples,through lexical,syntactic and discourse to discuss the stylistic characteristics of business contracts English,understanding and analyzing language characteristics of English business contracts can help us have a correct understanding of language phenomena,to be helpful for improving the effectiveness,appropriateness and the communicative competence of language of the use of the language.This article mainly from the vocabulary and syntax of the contract,to discuss the stylistic features of English business contracts,and then put forward the corresponding translation methods,points out the key points of English translation of business contract,. |
