| 摘 要： | 通过对2006年世界健美操锦标赛国内外运动员在男单、女单、混双、三人、六人五个项目的前8名40套动作中所选的难度动作进行比较与分析。结果表明：我国运动员在高分值的难度动作的选择上少于国外运动员；在动作的选择上多样性表现不足；在所选难度动作的完成上与国外运动员还存在一定的差距。

| Abstract: | Through the methods of sport observation and film watching,the author compares and analyzes the Individual man,Individual Woman,Mixed pair,Trio,Group of the 2006 Word Aerobics Championships.The results show that:The high percentile difficult movement of the athletes in our country is less than that of the choice of foreign athletes.In action on the choice of inadequate performance of diversity;there is still a gap in the completion of the selected difficulty with the movement of foreign athletes. |
