| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、调查问卷、专家访问、实地观察等研究方法，对黑龙江省高校冬季校园体育文化的现状进行研究，认为黑龙江省冬季的严寒和积雪对高校体育教学和其他体育活动的开展在具有优势的同时又带来了不利的影响，冬季校园体育文化现状急待改善，建议发挥地域优势、克服不利因素，加强高校冬季校园体育文化建设。

| Abstract: | With the methods of documentary information, questionnaire, consulting experts and investigation, the article has a research of the current status of campus winter sports culture in universities of Heilongjiang province. It thinks that the cold weather and long firn isn't propitious to the development of sports teaching and other physical activities, the campus winter sports culture is in dire need of improvement. It suggests to reinforce the campus winter sports culture in universities by taking advantage and overcoming disadvantage of the clime. |
