| Abstract: | Through analyzing the characteristics of the network information resources,this paper discussed and summarized the hot topics on the management of the network resources: the goals and purposes, the organizational structure, the objects, the management methods and techniques. It emphasized the complementary nature of the organization and the management of the networks. This paper gives an useful investigation on the optimal and efficient use of the network information resources. |
