| 摘 要： | 中国的旅游业是近些年膨胀式发展起来的一个产业，就业人数大量增加。各大民办院校也紧随市场需求开设旅游专业，但在人才培养过程中均存在教育结构不合理、旅游人才的培养和旅游市场的需求错位的现象，很多学生毕业后找不到工作，而旅游企业却又反映出巨大的人才缺口。针对民办高校旅游管理专业教学中存在的这些问题，从教师队伍建设、教学设施设备、课程设置和学生思想教育等几个方面，提出几点建议。
