| 摘 要： | 随着我国市场经济的发展和高校毕业生就业制度改革的推进,就业竞争和压力越来越大,高职毕业生中存在着一些不良的就业心理,从而影响了就业能力。全程性就业教育就是通过建立一支高素质的专业队伍,将就业教育贯穿在高职教育的全过程,对学生进行连续性和针对性的就业指导,培养学生良好的就业心理素质与求职技能。

| Abstract: | The development of our market economy and the acceleration of the employment reform put more and more pressure and competitiveness on college students' employment,yet there are some inauspicious mentality in vocational school students which no doubt affects their ability in finding a job.A solution is carrying out an employment education from their first day at college to their graduation which acquires to build a quality professional contingent to run employment education through students' school days,to provide them with successive guidance with a clear aim,and to improve their mental quality of employment and their ability in finding jobs. |
