| 摘 要： | 中外合作办学日趋活跃而且受到越来越多的高等学校的重视，如何引进优质的教育资源，规范管理，保证质量，促进我国高等学校教育教学改革，是非常值得我们关心的问题。合作办学，应注意多层次和多样化，规模与效益及规范办学与依法管理等问题。

| Abstract: | Sino - foreign joint education programs are becoming more and more active and have gained more and more attention from Chinese higher education institutions. Therefore, more emphasis should be put on how to introduce into China high quality education resources, how to manage the programs and how to assure the quality, thus promoting the reform of higher education and teaching. In the light of analyzing a case of joint program, this paper puts forward some suggestions. |
