| 摘 要： | 企业竞争优势是战略管理研究的核心问题。竞争理论从企业产业结构角度研究企业竞争优势的来源,资源理论认为企业内部独特的资源能力是获取持续竞争优势的基础,形成了竞争优势的外生观点与内生观点之间的对立。二者在发展过程中不断吸纳彼此的观点,都认识到产业结构和企业内部能力对竞争优势的影响,逐渐从对立走向融合。

| Abstract: | Competitive advantage of enterprise is the core of the strategic management study.Enterprise competitive theory studies the source of enterprise competitive advantage from the perspective of enterprise industrial structure.Source theory points out that the unique resource within an enterprise is the foundation to obtain sustainable competitive advantage.The two theories contradict with each other with the exogenous and endogenous viewpoints of enterprise competitive advantage.In the process of development process,both continually absorb each other's viewpoints and recognize industrial structure and enterprise internal capacity have impacts on competitive advantage,moving from confrontation to integration. |
