| 摘 要： | 加快建立以企业为主体的技术创新体系，对于增强企业的竞争力和持续发展能力具有十分重要的意义。本文从系统的角度阐述了企业技术创新体系的涵义以及建立以企业为主体的技术创新体系的内容，并提出了有关对策措施。
