| 摘 要： | 以参加2006年全国少年甲组（14、15岁年龄组）羽毛球赛的运动员为研究对象，对我国羽毛球后备人才的现状、技战术水平和身体素质状况等进行了分析讨论。结果显示：14、15岁年龄组的队员，在新赛制下强弱差距不明显，技术稳定性不足，尖子不尖的现象依然存在，各组别前10名的运动员身体素质测试成绩不尽人意，运动员的身体素质达标与评分标准还有一定的差距；女子项目尖子不尖，男子个别队员各方面较全面些，但不形成集团。同时在道德素养、思想品质和敬业精神等方面的表现不尽人意，需要加强培养，才能使后备人才尽快冒尖。

| Abstract: | It analyses China badminton reserve's status quo,skill and tactics level and physical strength by researching the fourteen to fifteen athletes who attended the year of 2006 Nationwide Teenagers Badminton Game.The result shows that the strength difference among the fourtee to fifteen athletes is not obvious;the phenomenons of difficient skill stability and the top athletes without outstanding skills still exist.The top ten athletes in every group got unsatisfatory results of the physical strenth test which has certain gap with the standards.At the same time,in order to develop the reserve as soon as possible,we must pay more attention to their mentality and moral quality training,which they didn't perform satisfatorily in the game. |
