| 摘 要： | 对无锡市高职院校、产业发展等数据进行统计分析发现:2010—2020年高职院校专业与产业结构间的协调发展系数在0.7以上,且随时间推移先增后减,表明高职教育专业结构与产业结构不协调,主要表现在专业重复设置、战略性新兴产业相关专业发展滞后、人才供需不匹配等方面。建立适应区域产业发展的高职教育专业结构,需要政府、高职院校和企业三方的协同合作。

| Abstract: | A statistical analysis on the data of Wuxi’s higher vocational colleges, industrial development is conducted. It is found that the coordinated development coefficient of the structure between majors of higher vocational colleges and industrial structure of Wuxi from2010 to 2020 is above 0.7, and it increases first and then decreases over time. It shows that the major structure of higher vocational education is inconsistent with the industrial structure of Wuxi, which is mainly reflected in the repeated setting of majors, the lagging development of related majors in strategic emerging industries, and the mismatch of talent supply and demand. The establishment of major structure of higher vocational education that adapts to the development of regional industries requires coordination and cooperation between the government, higher vocational colleges and enterprises. |
